Over the next few days I’m going to try and go through my inbox to answer whatever I can (some of these things may be over a year old at this point). I’m going to delete repetitive ones and also please keep in mind that I don’t know anime or manga series well. No idea honestly, it’s not part of a series or anything that I know of. Maybe try an image search. 

It’s from a compilation series called 覗いてはいけない　(nozoite wa ikenai or “do not peep”), although I can’t remember which one specifically. You can find them on gehentai or exhentai. 

Here’s one. Constipation pictures are actually a bit hard to find.
